Knowledge in the system functionality of oner or more oracle software solutions including analysis, design, testing, customization and documentation
Applies knowledge for basic problem-solving in typical or standard situations.

Key Competencies

Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication

2+ years of experience in one or more product areas (OTM, GTM, WMS, CPQ, etc) with a minimum of 2 full-lifecycle implementations.

Experience in configuring and delivering CRP (Conference Room Pilots) and Demos

Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology

bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related fields.

Proficient in Smartsheet and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Certifications

Relevant certification for one or more product areas such as GTM, OTM, WMS, CPQ, etc
