Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented GST Executive to join our Chartered Accountancy firm. The candidate will handle day-to-day GST compliance, audits, notices, and related registrations. This role requires a strong understanding of GST laws, timely filing, and coordination with clients and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C.
• GST Audit support, reconciliation of books with 2A/2B data.
• Drafting replies to GST notices, assessments, and appeals.
• Assist in departmental surveys and consultancy assignments.
• Handle GST registrations, amendments, cancellations, and revocations.
• Manage allied tasks such as LEI Registration/Renewal, MSME/Udyam, Professional Tax, IEC, and Service Tax matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in GST compliance and audit (CA firm exposure preferred).
• Proficiency in GST portal, Excel, Tally/Busy, and e-invoice/e-way bill systems.
• Good drafting and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of GST law, input credit, and reconciliation processes.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Semi-Qualified CA with strong working knowledge and hands-on experience in Direct Taxation to join our growing team at Manoj V. Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants.

This role offers exposure to real-time tax filings, audits, assessments, and end-to-end compliance activities under the Income Tax Act.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals, firms, companies, and HUFs
• Assisting in tax audits and preparation of Form 3CD
• Drafting responses to Income Tax notices and queries
• Preparation of computation sheets and tax workings
• Coordinating with clients to gather required data
• Keeping track of deadlines and maintaining compliance schedules
• Supporting seniors in assessment proceedings and representations

Candidate Profile:

• Semi-qualified CA (cleared Inter or both groups of IPCC)
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Direct Tax
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and Income Tax portal utilities
• Sound understanding of the Income Tax Act, tax forms, and due dates
• Good communication and time management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle assignments independently
