Position:- GST Executive

Experience:- 1 - 4 years

Location:- Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai

Job Type: Full time

Key roles & responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to support tax accounting, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
Manage end-to-end GST compliance across for multiple entities, including timely filing of:
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6, ITC-04
GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C (Annual Returns)
Handle GST reconciliations (Books vs. GSTR-2A/2B), identify ITC mismatches, and ensure rectifications to enhance compliance accuracy.
Prepare and file GST refund applications for exports and excess ITC, ensuring all statutory documentation and timelines are met.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1 - 4 years of hands-on experience in GST compliance and return filing.
Good understanding of Excel and accounting tools.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and coordination skills.
