Job Description

Role Overview: As a Technical Solutions Coach for Global Solution Architecture (GSA) in the pursuit of Large & Standard Deals, your main responsibility will be to provide review, support, and oversight for client proposals related to Managed Services, vendor consolidation, cost optimization, and operating model transformation. You will work closely with the lead Solution Architect to understand client requirements, objectives, and evaluation criteria to develop technically sound and competitive solution proposals. Your role will be crucial in aligning the technical solutions with the overall sales strategy set by the sales leads. Key Responsibilities: - Support the Solution Architect in developing a strong technology solution approach that addresses client pain-points and aligns with customer business context outlined in RFP/RFI. - Engage with the Global Large Deals (GLD) team to contribute ideas for win themes and strategic approaches for pursuits over $50M TCV. - Collaborate with the GSA technical lead to ensure high-quality technical proposal content and timely response submissions. - Lead the crafting of differentiated technical solutions that introduce new ideas and outcomes aligned with client evaluation criteria. - Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance technical solutions. - Support the SA and GSA team throughout the pursuit lifecycle, from inception to final submissions. Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in business development, bid management, pre-sales, or outsourcing services, preferably at a large professional services company. - Excellent understanding of pursuit RFP/RFI lifecycle. - Ability to independently review client RFP/RFI and contribute to the establishment of key pursuit tenets. - Hands-on experience in responding to complex RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals. - Experience in client presentations and creating relevant storylines. - Proficiency in evaluating technologies for proposed solutions and building effective relationships with technical and non-technical peers. - Ability to support US-based work hours. Education: - Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. For the offshore team, the equivalent degree should be filled in accordingly. Proficiency in English is required.,
