Job Description

Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests according to service standards.
Set tables based on the type of event and established standards.
Answer guest questions regarding menu selections and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen.
Communicate with kitchen staff regarding order status, meal requirements, and product availability.
Record guest orders accurately using the MICROS POS system.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course and beverage served.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including china, glassware, and utensils throughout the shift.
Complete closing duties such as restocking items and securing the work area.
Present accurate checks to guests and process payments efficiently.
Adhere to company safety and security policies, reporting any unsafe conditions promptly.
Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
Greet guests warmly, anticipate their needs, assist guests with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
Use clear and professional communication with guests and team members.
Support teamwork and foster positive working relationships.
Comply with quality standards and operational guidelines.
Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and assisting with heavier loads.
Navigate various surfaces safely and use fine motor skills for handling objects of different sizes.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
