Responsibilities:

Develop the strategy for both organic and inorganic marketing efforts. This includes creating a roadmap to achieve business goals and identifying the most effective channels and tactics.

Strategize and create highly engaging content across social platforms tailored to our game's unique audiences.

Manage paid media campaigns, including paid search, social media performance, display ads, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as art, data, and product, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Possess a strong understanding of product enhancements and initiatives, and create an environment that supports organizational goals.

Contribute to App Store Optimization (ASO) and related components.

Who we're looking for

Previous experience in the video games industry, social media, and publishing. Agency background is a plus.

Experience managing both organic and inorganic marketing for a mobile app (gaming experience preferred).

Analytical Skills: Expertise in exploring and analyzing engagement trends and feedback.

Project Management: Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to prioritize efforts effectively under time constraints.

Proficiency in working with analytical tools, dashboards, and marketing-specific tools. Knowledge of AI is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to think big and outside the box.
