Role & responsibilities

Growth & Business Development

• Assist the Founder in driving B2B and institutional partnerships, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and present business proposals, decks, and communication materials.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Operations & Coordination

• Coordinate between internal teams.
• Monitor

  project timelines, deliverables

  , and ensure

  operational efficiency

• Assist in

  documentation, reporting,

  and

  workflow optimization

• Support the Founder in setting up

  SOPs

Strategy & Execution

• Work on strategic initiatives, market research, and

• Translate the Founders vision into actionable plans and track progress.
• Assist in preparing presentations for clients, investors, and internal meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in Counselling with operations, or business strategy roles.
• Very Strong and Effective in

  Communication Skills

  (English and Hindi)
• Strong

  behavioral discipline
