Growth Marketing Strategist

• Develop and own the growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
• Design and run experiments to optimize the entire customer funnel and identify scalable growth levers.
• Work closely with performance marketing, content, product, and design teams to create high-converting campaigns and landing pages.
• Build and implement multi-channel campaigns (paid, organic, partnerships, referrals, and lifecycle marketing).
• Use analytics to track performance, identify drop-offs, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new growth tactics, channels, and tools.
  

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy.
• Proven success in scaling acquisition and optimizing funnels in B2C or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, CRO, and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and A/B testing tools.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a data-first mindset.
