Growth Marketing Manager

As a Growth Manager, your role will involve building and executing growth strategies for early-stage products to drive initial user acquisition and retention. You will be responsible for acquiring new users, keeping them engaged, and increasing retention on our platform. Your focus will be on performance marketing and user engagement strategies to support the growth of our product. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across various paid channels. - Develop and implement retention and engagement strategies to ensure user activity. - Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. - Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to enhance the user experience. - Conduct experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversions and retention rates. - Utilize growth hacking strategies to boost product visibility. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in growth, retention, or performance marketing. - Proficiency in analytics and marketing tools such as Customer.io, Uxcam, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. - Strong data-driven mindset and ability to work with metrics effectively. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
