Job Description: Video Editor & Motion Graphics About the Role: We’re looking for a dynamic video editor and motion graphics artist who can translate MovieMe’s disruptive streaming model into compelling, scroll- stopping video content. From bold reels to high-performing ad creatives, you’ll help us tell stories that cut through the noise and build a distinctive, digital-first brand. About the Role: We are looking for a Growth Manager who has experience in building and executing growth strategies for early-stage products, driving initial user acquisition and retention, who can drive the growth of our platform by acquiring new users, keeping them engaged, and increasing retention. You’ll work on both performance marketing and user engagement strategies to help our product grow. Key Responsibilities: Plan and run user acquisition campaigns across paid channels. Build and execute retention and engagement strategies to keep users active. Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with product, content, and analytics teams to optimize user experience. Run experiments and A/B tests to improve conversions and retention. Implement growth hacking strategies to promote product visibility. Skills & Experience: 3+ years in growth, retention, or performance marketing. Familiarity with analytics and marketing tools (Customer.io, Uxcam, Google Ads, Meta Ads). Data-driven and comfortable working with metrics. Good communication and collaboration skills.
