We’re Hiring: Growth Marketing Manager at Monk At Monk, our mission is simple but bold — to help people turn screen time into habit time. Our app uses science-backed techniques like craving delay and habit stacking to reduce compulsive phone usage. We’re now looking for a Marketing Lead to own and scale our marketing engine end-to-end. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how the world discovers and connects with Monk, working closely with the founder and product team from the early stages of our journey. What You’ll Do You’ll take full ownership of growth and marketing across channels, including: SEO & ASO: Optimize our website and app store presence to improve organic visibility, discoverability, and downloads. Growth & Performance Marketing: Plan and run growth experiments, A/B test creatives and landing pages, manage paid campaigns, and track key funnel metrics such as CAC, LTV, and retention. Social Media & Community: Build and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Track trends, create engaging content, and grow an active and loyal community. Content & Video: Lead storytelling through short-form videos, product demos, reels, carousels, blogs, and newsletters. Incorporate user-generated content and manage influencer collaborations. Analytics & Insights: Use data to guide decisions, measure campaign impact, and iterate on strategies to maximize acquisition and engagement. Brand & Partnerships: Launch creative campaigns, collaborate with partners and creators, and shape Monk’s brand voice and story. Emerging Channels: Experiment with new growth formats and channels — from trend-jacking and storytelling to generative content and community-led initiatives. Who You Are You have 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing for B2C apps. You’re a creative storyteller who loves building brands from the ground up. You have hands-on experience with social media marketing, video content creation, SEO, and ASO. You’re data-driven and comfortable using analytics to shape strategy and optimize results. You’re proactive, curious, and eager to experiment with new growth tactics and content formats. You’re passionate about mindfulness, productivity, and building products that make a real difference in people’s lives.
