Job Description: We are looking for a data-driven and tech-savvy Growth Marketing Manager to drive qualified leads and scalable revenue growth through targeted outbound and inbound marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with growth tools, ABM campaigns, and digital event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator:

Use advanced search and targeting features to identify and engage key decision-makers.

• Webinars & Virtual Events:

Plan and execute high-impact virtual events and webinars to engage prospects and educate target audiences.

• Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

Design and manage ABM campaigns to target high-value accounts with personalized messaging.

• Lead Generation Tools:

Leverage tools like Apollo.io, Clay, and similar platforms to build targeted lead lists and automate outreach.

• Platform Partnerships:

Identify and build strategic partnerships with complementary platforms to enhance brand reach and lead opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in growth or B2B marketing roles
• Strong understanding of outbound marketing, ABM, and funnel optimization
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Clay, and CRM tools
• Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
