Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement revenue-focused growth strategies to directly drive admissions and revenue targets
  • Build organic growth engines through SEO, AEO, content marketing, communities, and partnerships to reduce dependency on paid channels
  • Design reactivation campaigns to revive dormant leads and accelerate funnel movement
  • Optimize every stage of the AAARRR funnel (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue, Reactivation) to maximize conversions
  • Develop and test innovative growth hacks to increase Lifetime Contribution (LTC), reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and shorten sales cycles
  • Optimize IPL s discoverability in AI-driven platforms (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI engines) through AEO strategies
  • Strengthen alumni and student engagement programs to drive retention, upsells, and referral-led growth
  • Use advanced analytics to track funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and inform growth decisions with clear ROI impact
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align growth initiatives with revenue KPIs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in growth marketing with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth, preferably in EdTech or a similar industry

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in driving growth marketing initiatives end-to-end, from acquisition and funnel acceleration to lead reactivation and retention strategies
  • Proven expertise in reducing CAC, improving LTV, and driving measurable funnel optimization outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret funnel and revenue data to make informed, high-impact decisions
  • Experience in setting up dashboards, KPI frameworks, and using tools such as GA4, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or similar platforms for data-driven decision-making
  • Practical experience in organic growth strategies, including SEO, AEO, and content-driven initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Creative and experimental mindset with a history of scaling growth hacks successfully
