The D2C Growth Manager will be responsible for driving growth strategies, managing direct-to-consumer sales initiatives, and optimizing end-to-end customer acquisition and retention campaigns. The role includes analyzing performance data, managing projects and processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on business goals. Additional responsibilities include executing sales strategies and ensuring timely delivery of tasks to meet objectives. Qualifications Strong Analytical and Data Analysis skills to assess campaign performance and derive actionable insights. Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey strategies effectively. Experience in Sales planning and execution to drive revenue growth in a D2C environment. Project Management skills to handle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines efficiently. Familiarity with analytics tools and marketing platforms is a plus. Prior experience in a similar role or in e-commerce is highly desirable. Educational qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred.
