About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build, optimize, and automate our lead generation
engine for our programs. This role will be instrumental in setting up and managing AI-powered
marketing tools to generate, nurture, and convert high-intent leads for our programs.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, data-driven, and innovative, with expertise in AI
marketing automation, CRM optimization, and campaign orchestration. You will leverage
AI tools to enhance audience segmentation, personalize outreach at scale, and optimize
conversion funnels to drive admissions growth.
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to generate high-intent leads, improve
conversion rates, and optimize cost efficiency, ultimately driving enrollments for IPL's programs.
