What You'll Do

• Campaign Execution

  : Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other channels to drive demos and signups.

• SEO & Inbound Growth

  : Build and scale organic visibility to drive inbound leads.

• Copywriting & Messaging

  : Write compelling ad copy and landing page content that converts.

• Targeting & Testing

  : Build and test audiences, creatives, and placements to improve performance.

• Funnel Optimization

  : Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate quickly to maximize ROI.

• Collaboration

  : Work closely with founders and sales team to refine messaging, targeting, and campaigns.

• Growth Experiments

  : Explore and test new channels, landing pages, and tactics to accelerate growth.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in

  growth or performance marketing

  , ideally in a SaaS startup.
• Hands-on experience running

  Meta + Google Ads

  with proven ROI.
• Familiarity with

  SEO strategies

  and growing organic inbound traffic.
• Strong analytical mindset — you’re comfortable looking at dashboards and making data-led decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote setup with high ownership.
