🛠 What We’re Looking For We’re hiring a Performance Marketer who can also create scroll-stopping ad creatives — both static and short-form video. This is a full-time, remote role for someone who loves both the art and science of paid marketing. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, creative production, and performance optimization. 👋🏻 About Periskope Periskope is a powerful platform to automate day-to-day business operations on WhatsApp. We help 4,000+ companies across 50+ countries manage and automate Sales, Customer Success, and Operations on WhatsApp at scale. 🎯 What You'll Do Campaign Execution : Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other channels to drive demos and signups. Creative Production : Design static creatives and short-form videos using Canva, Figma, CapCut or similar tools — no external designers. Copywriting : Write compelling headlines, ad copy, and hooks that get clicks. Targeting & Testing : Build and test audiences, creatives, and placements to improve performance. Budget Management : Own and optimize ad budgets, adjusting based on daily and weekly performance. Reporting : Track KPIs (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.) and generate actionable insights. ✅ What We're Looking For 2–4 years of experience running paid marketing campaigns in a startup or growth environment. Hands-on experience creating both static and video ad creatives — portfolio is a big plus. Strong command of Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Google Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a bonus. Confident with tools like Canva, Figma, CapCut, or Adobe Suite . Analytical mindset — you're comfortable looking at dashboards and making data-led decisions. We're looking for a driven Account Executive to own full cycle sales and accelerate Periskope’s global growth. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll identify and convert high-quality leads, experiment with new strategies, and shape the future of our sales engine. If you're excited to build in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment and make a tangible impact, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
