• Drive traffic, get signups, and increase conversions. We give you the tools, and you bring the growth.
• Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube)
• Run A/B tests on landing pages and creatives
• Work with UGC creators and influencers
• Set up and optimize email funnels
• Track performance (CAC, CTR, LTV, retention) and improve
• Identify new growth hacks and execute them

• A real interest in digital marketing & growth
• Experience (even self-taught) running ads or growing something
• Strong written English + copy instincts
• Data-driven mindset (you love to measure what works)
• Ability to move fast and figure things out

• 6 months of

  real growth experience.
