Launch and optimize paid ads (Meta, Google, YouTube) Run A/B tests on landing pages and creatives Work with UGC creators and influencers Set up and optimize email funnels Track performance (CAC, CTR, LTV, retention) and improve Identify new growth hacks and execute them You Should Have: A real interest in digital marketing & growth Experience (even self-taught) running ads or growing something Strong written English + copy instincts Data-driven mindset (you love to measure what works) Ability to move fast and figure things out What You’ll Get: 6 months of real growth experience.
