The company is part of the Shriram Group, providing a robust platform for growth and innovation in the insurance sector. Role Description This full-time remote role is for a Growth Marketer. The Growth Marketer will be responsible for implementing and optimizing growth marketing strategies, conducting marketing analytics, applying growth hacking techniques, generating leads, and managing web analytics. The role involves close collaboration with multiple teams to integrate and execute marketing plans effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking Experience with Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics Skills in Lead Generation Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
