Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing conversion rates. Day-to-day tasks will include implementing marketing strategies, utilizing web analytics to track and improve performance, and continually seeking new opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization
• Experience with Web Analytics tools and techniques
• Marketing, including Marketing Strategy and campaign execution
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in the video production or media industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
