Job Description

As a CRM & MarTech Growth Manager at 0101, a fast-growing AI & Data-driven marketing performance company, your role involves leading lifecycle marketing campaigns and automation workflows across multiple channels. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel CRM and email marketing campaigns, designing and optimizing automation workflows, owning customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies, conducting A/B tests to optimize performance, monitoring key CRM metrics, ensuring data hygiene and privacy compliance, collaborating with different teams, and supporting the adoption of audience segmentation and predictive journeys. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute multi-channel CRM and email marketing campaigns including promotional, lifecycle, and transactional campaigns - Design and optimize automation workflows such as welcome, lead nurturing, and reactivation flows - Own customer journey mapping and segmentation strategies for targeted marketing - Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, content, and timing for improved performance - Monitor and report on key CRM metrics like open rate, CTR, conversion, and deliverability - Ensure CRM data hygiene, privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR), and integrate tools effectively - Collaborate with content, design, and performance teams to deliver cohesive, automated campaigns - Support the adoption of GenAI & ML-based audience segmentation and predictive journeys Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, Automation, or Lifecycle Marketing - Proficiency in CRM and campaign platforms such as MoEngage, Netcore, Webengage, Salesforce, Clevertap, or similar tools - Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and dashboarding - Comfort with data segmentation, funnel metrics, and performance benchmarking - Understanding of customer lifecycle, marketing funnels, and personalization at scale - Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across functions - Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology (Engineering or MBA a plus),
