Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Siliguri. The Growth Hacker will be responsible for developing and executing innovative growth strategies, analyzing web traffic, and optimizing conversion rates. Day-to-day tasks will include implementing marketing strategies, utilizing web analytics to track and improve performance, and continually seeking new opportunities for business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in Growth Hacking and Conversion Optimization Experience with Web Analytics tools and techniques Marketing, including Marketing Strategy and campaign execution Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience in the video production or media industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
