Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Funnel Growth

Design, execute, and optimize high-converting marketing funnels.
Run and manage campaigns across
social media, search ads, and email marketing
.

Content & Social Growth

Plan and create
viral short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
and
long-form content (YouTube, blogs)
.
Grow and manage brand presence on
LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, Instagram, and YouTube
.

Community & Partnerships

Engage with Notion and productivity communities online.
Build collaborations with influencers, affiliates, and industry partners.

Analytics & Experimentation

Track performance using
Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and social insights
.
Run growth experiments weekly - scale what works, scrap what doesnt.

Retention & Monetization

Improve customer retention with email campaigns, loyalty offers, and upsell opportunities.
Build and manage
referral & affiliate programs
.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or similar roles.
Strong grasp of
social media marketing, content creation, SEO, and paid ads
.
Experience in
email marketing, funnel optimization, and marketing automation tools
.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Creative thinker with a test fast, learn fast attitude.
Bonus: Familiarity with
Notion, AI tools, or SaaS marketing
.
