About the Role

As a Growth Hacker, you’ll be responsible for driving rapid pre-registrations from both traders and investors, building engagement across digital platforms, and helping us position Tradedge as a trusted name in the fintech world.

This is a performance-driven, contract-based role with base pay + high incentives per successful registration or partnership.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute creative growth campaigns across social media, communities, and forums (Telegram, Instagram, Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn).

• Identify and onboard traders, influencers, and signal providers globally.

• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to optimize funnels and outreach.

• Use analytics tools to track growth metrics and user engagement.

• Build digital partnerships and affiliate collaborations to expand reach.

• Contribute to viral marketing strategies and user retention systems.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, growth hacking, or community building (preferably in fintech or trading).

• Strong understanding of social media growth, digital funnels, and user behavior.

• Experience with Telegram, Discord, and Instagram marketing is a huge plus.

• Data-driven mindset — can experiment, measure, and iterate fast.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Passion for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms.
