Sales & Marketing Strategy Support: Develop and implement creative strategies to improve store sales, customer footfall, and product visibility.
Entrepreneur Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with store owners. Act as their first point of contact for growth opportunities and challenges.
Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze store-level data (sales trends, inventory, customer preferences) and present clear insights and action plans to entrepreneurs for business improvement.
Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate for a Customer First approach in every store. Guide entrepreneurs on improving customer service, loyalty programs, and local engagement.
On-Ground Support & Travel: Regularly visit stores across Bangalore to provide hands-on support, training, and ensure timely execution of growth initiatives.
Ownership & Accountability: Take full responsibility for sales targets, marketing campaigns, and performance tracking in assigned stores.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, or business development
Strong analytical skills ability to work with sales data and KPIs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, creative thinker with a growth mindset
Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore
Fluency in Kannada and English (preferred)
