Deputy Sales Manager Unsecured Business Loans

Location:

We are hiring a Deputy Sales Manager for our Unsecured Business Loans vertical in Bangalore. The role involves field sales, DSA handling, and open market sourcing. Candidates must have hands-on experience in selling unsecured loans and driving business independently.

Key Responsibilities

Source and acquire
Unsecured Business Loans
from open market and DSAs.
Manage and expand
DSA / channel partner network
.
Conduct field visits, meet customers, and close deals.
Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.
Ensure complete documentation and maintain portfolio quality.
Maintain strong market awareness of competitors and pricing.

Required Skills

Experience in:

Unsecured Business Loans
Business Loans

DSA Management

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of KYC, banking documents, and customer profiling.

Experience
