About The Role As a Growth Associate, you'll work directly with the founder to drive early user discovery, demand generation, and community building efforts. This is a high-impact, high-learning role that will accelerate your career growth and provide a front-row seat to early-stage startup building. Location: Remote Shift: US Shift | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert by building a deep understanding of industry fundamentals and growth drivers. Assist in creating and distributing impactful communications—case studies, webinars, newsletters, etc. Engage, network with, and interview creators, community leaders, and influencers. Plan, organize, and execute recurring online events, collaborating with guest speakers and hosts. Contribute to strategic community-building initiatives and creator engagement.
