Growth Associate

Role Overview:

As a Travel Growth Associate, you will promote and sell curated travel packages, accommodations, activities, and related services. You will use your communication skills, travel knowledge, and customer relationship expertise to achieve sales targets while creating memorable journeys for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and build new business opportunities.
• Develop business from both new and existing accounts.
• Manage customer negotiations and close sales successfully.
• Build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
• Stay updated with travel industry trends and market opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction post-sale through follow-ups and feedback.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of destinations, accommodations, and transportation services offered by Tripyog.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Graduation Degree in any field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred (Travel/Tourism industry experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Fluent in Hindi; intermediate level English communication required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
