Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth and Operations Manager based in Kochi. The Growth and Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing business processes, and ensuring sustained growth. Key tasks include managing relationships with local service providers, developing and implementing growth strategies, and ensuring that all tours adhere to our sustainability and safety standards. This role also involves data analysis, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Operations Management and Process Optimization
• Skills in Business Strategy, Growth Planning, and Partnership Management
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and Metrics Tracking
• Excellent Communication and Project Management skills
• Strong understanding of Sustainable Tourism Practices and Safety Standards
• Ability to work independently and lead a team on-site in Kochi
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
