About the Role

Growth & Marketing Lead

strategy and execution

Key Responsibilities

1. Growth Strategy & Execution

  • Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Build and own the full customer acquisition funnel (awareness ? engagement ? conversion ? retention).
  • Run A/B tests across multiple channels to optimize CAC and drive product adoption.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Own and manage performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Develop and implement an SEO and content marketing strategy (blogs, reels, influencer collaborations).
  • Drive customer engagement and upselling via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.

3. Brand & Community

  • Shape the brand voice and storytelling around smart homes, wellness, smart living, and gifting.
  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, YouTube, and other community platforms.
  • Partner with creators and influencers to build organic buzz and credibility.

4. Sales & Distribution

  • Build and manage partnerships with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and offline premium retailers.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for gifting, festive seasons, and subscription models.

5. Analytics & Growth Loops

  • Track and optimize key metrics like CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and repeat purchase rate.
  • Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI.
  • Design and implement growth loops (e.g., referral programs, gifting campaigns).

Requirements

  • 510 years of experience in

    growth marketing

    for

    D2C consumer products (electronics, lifestyle, or IoT preferred)

    .
  • Hands-on expertise in

    performance marketing across Meta, Google, and Amazon.

  • Proven experience in

    brand storytelling and community marketing.

  • Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable using tools like

    Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to

    scale CAC/LTV-positive campaigns.

  • Prior experience in a

    startup environment or launching D2C products is a strong plus.
