Growth and Marketing Associate

Role Overview: You will be joining Turbolab Technologies as a Growth and Marketing Associate, where you will play a pivotal role in marketing, sales, account management, and product analysis functions. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Sales and Account Specialists to support ongoing client engagements and sales activities. - Conduct research and prepare insightful reports to identify new marketing opportunities and address client needs. - Assist in executing multichannel marketing campaigns including digital, content, and social media initiatives. - Work on lead generation by identifying new outreach channels and optimizing content for audience growth. - Track and analyze marketing metrics, and provide insights to refine strategies and improve conversions. - Conduct competitor benchmarking and market research to refine product strategies. - Support the team in analyzing product performance, identifying trends, and suggesting improvements. - Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to streamline product innovation and growth. - Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand organizational strategies and priorities. Qualifications Required: - Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in SaaS, Product, and Marketing strategies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively in a B2B environment. - Self-starters with an ownership mindset, who are capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - MBA/PGDM graduates with an Engineering or CS background and a focus on Marketing/Sales/Product Management/other relevant fields. - Available to work from the Kochi office.
