Group Quotations Specialist

As a Quotation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the quotation process efficiently and accurately to support the sales teams in meeting client requirements. You will be required to conduct cost-benefit analyses to establish competitive pricing strategies while maximizing profitability. Collaboration with the sales team is essential to gather necessary information and ensure timely delivery of quotations. Keeping abreast of market trends and competitor pricing will provide valuable insights for enhancing quotation strategies. Organizing and maintaining detailed records of all issued quotations, along with providing regular reports on activities and feedback to the B2B Department Director, are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and possess at least 3-5 years of experience in a quotation or pricing role, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry. A strong grasp of financial principles, proficiency in conducting detailed cost-benefit analyses, exceptional analytical skills for accurate pricing and forecasting, and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are essential. Moreover, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM software or quotation management systems are required for this role.
