Summary: We are looking for a professional who has hands-on experience in sales incentive planning and execution , ideally with a focus on sales compensation, incentive management , and financial analysis . The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing and driving sales incentive initiatives to align with business goals and boost team performance. Develop and implement sales incentive schemes to drive sales team performance and achieve business objectives 2. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify incentive opportunities and challenges 3. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of incentive programs 4. Provide guidance and support to sales managers and representatives in understanding and maximizing incentive plans 5.
