Role & responsibilities Review program requirements, campaign rules, and eligibility criteria. Understand and configure data sources used in payment infrastructure. Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support FAQs. Collaborate with technical/product teams to set up tools and workflows. Iterate operational setup based on partner feedback and program changes. Validate and schedule payments in alignment with incentive program guidelines. Use tools like Vector, CRM systems, and internal data platforms to reference: Bookings, previous payouts, product eligibility, and campaign-specific data. Identify and raise bugs or discrepancies to respective teams (engineering, policy, etc.). Partner with Incentive Program Managers (PgMs) to get final payout data reviewed and signed off. Ensure payment workflows are completed accurately and on schedule. Respond to partner queries related to payout status or eligibility issues. Raise consults for payment disputes, missing documentation, or exception handling. Collaborate with global teams to update Partner records and ensure data completeness. Maintain case hygiene and meet SLAs for consult resolutions. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or any analytical/technical discipline. 1-5 years of relevant experience in incentive operations , sales commissions , or customer service (voice experience preferred). Strong hands-on skills with Excel/Google Sheets formulas, pivots, lookups, reconciliation. Basic working knowledge of SQL – querying, joins, and data validation. Excellent communication skills with a global mindset. A good understanding of sales , customer success , or partner/channel ecosystems .
