Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the organization's IT services & consulting projects.
Develop and maintain accurate financial reports to track project performance, identify trends, and inform business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective resource allocation and optimize project profitability.
Provide expert guidance on financial best practices to team members and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

10-20 years of experience in finance or accounting with a focus on financial planning & analysis (FPA).
Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and variance analysis.
Proven ability to analyze complex data sets to drive informed decision-making.
