Job Title - Group Manager – Business Acceptance Testing Key Responsibilities Plan the entire UAT/BAT test framework, implementation, review and progressive action of the testing sub pillar Participating in preparation of quality assessments, reports, and metrics formulating go-no go statement based on reports and metrics, test progress and defect status Presenting test improvements and developments in regular progress meetings including planned vs Acting as the main liaison communicating between the team the rest of the internal and external organization Lead execution of planned UAT/BAT test cases, ensuring that all test results are correctly recorded against the system Develop detailed work plans for engagements, status tracking and reporting, and production of high quality deliverables for clients Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams Responsible for all Test, Test Tools Development and configuration management activities Mandatory experience as a BAT/UAT Test Manager (minimum 10+ years), out of which 5+ years as a Business Acceptance Test manager Proven ability to manage a team (minimum 10+ years) Strong and hands on experience in UAT/EUT/BAT test planning and strategies Experience with automation/Gen AI test framework and ability to implement such suites in a time bound manner Key Requirements/Skills/Experience PG/UG/Professional graduate with strong test and analytical skills with a minimum of 15 yrs of experience Experience in insurance domain end to end testing process & offshoring activities. Working in a management capacity and having experience in transforming global clients' BAT/UAT/EUT processes Ability to - articulate business value generated by the project, identify key business metrics and compare with baseline, create success stories, user stories and is well versed with agile methodologies. You have experience in leading and managing a team of Test managers, test leads and test architects to achieve the business division's goals and objectives You have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices Functional knowledge of insurance LOBs, preferably P&C and insurance back office operations.
