Job Description

As an Area Sales Team Lead PB/Siepan/EPC at Siemens Ltd."s Smart Infrastructure Division, your role is crucial in identifying and evaluating market potential for SI EP products (Low Voltage Switchgear in Industry norms) in the assigned territory among a defined set of customer base. Your responsibilities include: - Generating business from new customers and competitor accounts - Identifying, qualifying, and leading opportunities to bring revenue for SI EP products from PB, EPC & end customers - Retention and conversion of business from Top 10 accounts through the assigned engineers - Utilizing your 10+ years of sales experience, preferably with a switchgear background of minimum 5 years and 1+ years in a people management role - Understanding channel policies and effectively communicating to leverage maximum benefits - Planning and visiting customers to support team members and fulfill customer requirements - Routinely discussing and communicating sales opportunities strategy with team members - Providing adequate, accurate, and timely updates and support to channels to improve business - Demonstrating high initiative to drive channels and customers for higher growth - Attending and participating in customer team meetings regularly - Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining successful business relationships with channel partners and customers - Implementing sales systematic reporting in CRM tool Siemens offers a dynamic work environment with over 379,000 minds working together to build the future in over 200 countries.
