Group Leader (Finish Expert)

Position Name : Group Leader (Finish Expert) Department : Assembly Maintenance Qualification : Bachelor of engineering (Electrical ) or Diploma Experience : 5 years Location : Pune Purpose of the position : Lead all line team members to solve PLC relevant breakdowns with highest possible technical availability. Implement a drive for PLC hot stand by assemblies for all critical PLC in Assembly shop. Develop a monitoring mechanism control of changes in PLC by supplier, planning or maintenance.. Take trials of hot standby PLC by swapping with main at a defined frequency. Ensure PLC software licenses and upgrades after receiving from planning. Analyze PLC relevant / Logic bugs and correct same. Co-ordinate with other department and make modifications in PLC program for improvement in production processes. Understand and train team for latest type of PLC program like GRAPH and STL language. Lead PLC Backup activity and develop a process for monthly PLC program backup. Ensure PG Management along with PLC backup and ensure retention of PLC program as mentioned in the process standard Authority : 1. Stop line for quick repair and maintenance activity. 2. Force or modify the logic to resolve the breakdown. 3. Define and recommend action plan for PLC relevant breakdown in entire shop. 4. Provide feedback for PLC code usability during equipment handover or DAP. 5. Changeover to standby PLC for trials and effectiveness check. Skills Required: Expert in Control Panel, PLC, HMI, Drives, Pilz relay, conveyors and Robots, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Various Mechanical drives & Bearing. Work prioritization, Manpower handling, Process product and equipment knowledge TPM, 5s, ISO, QMS, EMS, EnMS, Process audit, KVP Leadership, Decision making, Team work, Innovative thinking, Problem solving, Business Acumen Detailed know how about PLC programming:- 1. Siemens all types of PLC S7300, 1200, 1500 2. Siemens all types of PLC Programming software Simatic Manager, TIA portal 3. Siemens all types of PLC Language representation Ladder, STL, Graph Information related to various programming protocols like: 1. TCP/IP 2. MODBUS 3. Profinet, Profibus 4. Client Server Know the architecture of conveyor from switch gear, E-Plan, Panel wiring, PLC selection, PLC programming and hardware selection to commissioning. Know how of networking and communication to other smart devices apart from PLC like IPC, ET200SP, Managed switches and drives etc. Advanced problem solving skills with sequence of operation and Programming. Quick decision making ability to resolve the PLC breakdown with faster response. Know production processes carried out across Assembly shop
