Responsible for Customs clearance & compliance for all Exports & Re-export of FBUs, Parts & Accessories and filing documents within time at all export locations Responsible for maintaining Export Classification and tariff data base Monitor Customs Exchange rates & planned noting of Shipping Bills Responsible for claiming various rebate/ refund & Export Incentives related to Export & Re-export Handle litigation matter related to Export and represent company at various forums in customs. Ensure to obtain Country of Origin/ GSP certificates Prepare Daily Status Report and periodic MIS reports Retenetion of Export related documents and records as per statute requirement
