Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Group Leader to manage large-scale Trust & Safety operations. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, deep operational knowledge, and proven experience in handling performance, attrition, and shrinkage in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage 100+ team members across Trust & Safety operations
Drive operational excellence by meeting KPIs, SLAs, and quality benchmarks
Manage and control attrition and shrinkage, ensuring workforce stability
Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and frontline staff
Analyze performance metrics and implement improvement plans
Ensure compliance with Trust & Safety policies and guidelines
Collaborate with stakeholders for process improvements and business goals

Eligibility Criteria:

8+ years of overall experience with 5+ years as a Team Leader
Mandatory experience in Trust & Safety operations
Strong exposure to attrition and shrinkage management
Proven experience managing 100+ employees
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and reporting skills
Stakeholder management experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
People-first leadership mindset
