Group Lead - Flow Chemistry (API R&D)

Harman Finochem Limited is an India-based Pharmaceutical Company catering to its clients across the globe, established by Late Mr. Bhupinder Singh Manhas in 1983, our core competencies are in manufacturing and exporting of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients mainly Metformin HCl, Fenofibrate, Divalproex Sodium, Riboflavin Phosphate Sodium, Glycopyrrolate/Glycopyrronium bromide and more. We have two USFDA approved manufacturing facilities at Shendra & Chikalthana, Aurangabad, and API R&D Center at Koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai.

We are looking for Team Leader / Group Leader with experience in establishing new flow chemistry laboratories at our Navi Mumbai location :

Role & responsibilities

• Flow Chemistry Projects: Manage and oversee flow chemistry-based research and development projects, ensuring successful execution from concept to commercialization.
• Responsible for leading teams to design, optimize, and scale up continuous manufacturing processes for APIs, transforming traditional batch processes into safer, more efficient, and cost-effective continuous flow systems.
• To develop team, lead and mentor junior scientists and engineers in flow chemistry projects, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Should have experience in setup new lab
• Process Development & Optimization: Design and execute experiments to develop and optimize continuous flow processes for APIs and intermediates.
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 7-15yrs of experience

Qualification : MSc Chemistry / Organic Chemistry + PHD
