Location: Bangalore North Karnataka India As the Group Head of Data & AI, you will lead global data and artificial intelligence strategy?embedding data-driven decision-making and AI innovation across every product, platform, and business unit You will own and scale our enterprise data platform (Databricks, Medallion architecture), champion analytics adoption (Power BI), and drive the deployment of AI and ML models to optimize trading, risk, operations, and client experiences This role combines strategic leadership with technical depth, requiring close collaboration with Product, Risk, Finance, and Business Unit leaders to translate data into measurable business outcomes Key Responsibilities Define and execute enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy Lead and unify global data engineering and analytics teams under a single framework Oversee the Databricks Medallion data platform, ensuring scalability, governance, and cost efficiency Drive adoption of BI and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) across all business functions Deliver AI and ML solutions that support trading optimization, risk management, personalization, and operational automation Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Data & AI team with a culture of innovation and experimentation Partner with the Principal Architect to align architecture standards and enable AI-first patterns Deliver measurable business outcomes through insights, predictive models, and intelligent automation Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field 10+ years in data engineering, analytics, or data/AI leadership, including 5+ years in senior/global roles Expertise with modern data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent) Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production at scale Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance in regulated industries Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) Demonstrated ability to scale teams that deliver impactful data platforms, insights, and AI-driven innovation Experience in fintech, brokerage, or other regulated industries is highly desirable Benefits Ambition and imagination are your only limits With a diverse global team and offices across multiple regions, we actively invest in career growth and provide rich opportunities for both professional development and life experiences Enjoy team-building activities and regular outings Collaborate and grow in a supportive environment Competitive salary and benefits package Details
