Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

Define and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational growth and expansion plans.
Partner with the Management to strengthen leadership capability, succession planning, and organizational development.

Performance Management & Culture

Design, implement, and institutionalize a robust
Performance Management System (PMS)
across all group companies.
Foster a
high-performance and learning-oriented culture
by aligning performance frameworks with business goals.
Drive employee motivation, recognition, and engagement initiatives to strengthen retention and productivity.

Learning & Development

Develop and implement structured
Learning & Development (L&D) programs
to upskill workforce capabilities.
Introduce leadership development frameworks, capability-building initiatives, and continuous learning platforms.
Implement training evaluation systems to measure ROI and impact on business outcomes.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management

Lead end-to-end
Talent Acquisition (TA)
for leadership, critical, and contractual roles.
Oversee vendor-managed contractual workforce recruitment and engagement, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent across businesses.

Change Management & Transformation

Lead
change management initiatives
, including digitalization, restructuring, and cultural transformation.
Standardize HR systems, policies, and governance frameworks across entities.
Champion HR transformation projects to align with future growth and sustainability goals.
