Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Group Total Rewards Analyst has responsibility for analysing, benchmarking, reporting and designing the Total Rewards structures and implementation for all Group companies. The role has a regional responsibility, focussing on supporting the Country HR and General managers, the Recruitment teams, as well as the senior executives and Board. The role will collaborate closely with the Country HR heads, while reporting to the Group HR Manager.
  • In addition, this role will maintain and administer the Group Role Framework and the Job Evaluation catalogue. You will be responsible for analysing and recommending Annual Increase and Bonus calculations for all Group operating entities.
  • Further this role is primary focal point for Remuneration Benchmarking, contributing to participation in Remuneration Surveys, and analysing and interpreting the results.
