Job Description: Anantech Ventures Limited is a diversified enterprise specializing in iron and steel production, commodity trading, and construction equipment distribution. The company, headquartered in Delhi and established in 2011, leverages Jharkhand's mineral resources to produce high-quality Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) through its subsidiary Smridhi Sponge Limited. Anantech Ventures Limited is also a key distributor of CASE Construction Equipment and is actively involved in coal and iron ore trading. The company emphasizes growth and innovation through operational excellence and strategic partnerships. The Group CFO position is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The Group CFO will oversee the financial management of the company, encompassing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Responsibilities include the preparation of financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, and offering strategic financial insights to facilitate business decisions. The Group CFO will lead the finance team, manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and devise strategies to enhance the organization's financial health and growth. Qualifications for the Group CFO role include proven expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, strong Analytical Skills to interpret complex financial data, exceptional leadership and team management abilities, effective communication and decision-making skills, and experience in the manufacturing or commodities sector is advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with an MBA or CPA being preferred.,
