Group CFO

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As the Group CFO based in Kolkata/West Bengal, you will report to the Group CEO/Chairman/Board of Directors in an industry spanning Manufacturing, Infrastructure, FMCG, IT Services, etc. Your extensive experience in financial leadership roles, preferably with Chartered Accountant (CA)/CPA/CFA qualifications, will be instrumental in driving the financial strategies and performance of the group. **Key Responsibilities:** - Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals, support M&A activities, and provide insights for enhancing business performance. - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Supervise budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling for new projects. - Compliance & Corporate Governance: Ensure regulatory adherence, maintain corporate governance standards, and oversee audits. - Accounting, Taxation, and Reporting: Manage financial statements preparation, tax planning, and audit coordination. - Treasury & Fund Management: Handle cash flows, working capital, and funding needs while nurturing relationships with financial institutions and investors. - Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, promote best practices, and implement digital tools in finance operations. **Qualification Required:** - Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles. - Preference for Chartered Accountant (CA)/CPA/CFA qualifications.
