Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Group CFO, located in Guwahati. The Group CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, managing finance operations, preparing financial statements, conducting financial reporting, and owning the analytical processes related to these functions. The Group CFO will ensure that the company's financial practices and records comply with legal regulations and corporate policies. The role includes strategic financial decision-making and developing financial goals and plans in alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Financial Planning and managing finance operations
• Experience in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Strong Financial Reporting skills
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Proven experience in finance management
• Ability to work on-site in Guwahati
• Professional certification such as CPA or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
