Job Description

Lead the delivery of green building certification projects (LEED, EDGE, WELL, TREES, local codes) from concept to certification.
Manage, train and mentor the ESD team to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of services.
Provide technical direction on sustainable design strategies, building performance analysis, and material selection.
Oversee coordination with architects, engineers, developers, and contractors to integrate sustainability goals into design and construction.
Review and validate documentation, calculations, and reports for certification compliance.
Support business development by contributing to proposals, pitching solutions to clients, and building internal capabilities.
Monitor industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to green building and sustainability.
Contribute to internal knowledge management, tool development, and process standardization.
