The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with logistics-related inquiries, and provide excellent service to international clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, tracking, delivery schedules, and logistics services. Provide real-time solutions to customer queries through voice support. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer concerns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Follow company policies and industry best practices for customer service. Work in rotational night shifts based on business requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Minimum graduate (any stream). Experience: Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates can get a higher package. Communication Skills: Excellent English verbal communication skills. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
